1. Data calculation
Before assembling the 48V lithium battery pack, it is necessary to calculate the product size and the required load capacity of the lithium battery pack, and then calculate the capacity of the lithium battery pack that needs to be assembled according to the required capacity of the product. Calculate the results to select lithium batteries.
2. Prepare materials
To choose a lithium battery with reliable quality, it is best to buy a lithium battery with guaranteed quality in a specialty store or manufacturer, rather than buying it from an individual or other unreliable places. After all, lithium batteries are assembled. If there is a problem during the assembly process, the lithium battery is likely to be dangerous.
In addition to reliable lithium batteries, there is also a need for sophisticated lithium battery balance protection boards. In the current market, the quality of the protective plate varies, and there are also analog batteries, which are difficult to distinguish from the appearance. If you want to choose, it is better to choose digital circuit control.
The container for holding the lithium battery also needs to be prepared in case the lithium battery pack will not change as soon as it is moved. The material for separating the lithium battery strings and for better fixing effect, each two lithium batteries are bonded together with adhesives such as silicone rubber.

3. The specific steps of assembly
First place the lithium batteries in an orderly manner, and then use materials to fix each string of lithium batteries.
After fixing each string of lithium batteries, it is best to use insulating materials such as highland barley paper to separate the lithium batteries of each string, and place the lithium batteries to be damaged and cause short-circuits in the future.
Once aligned and secured, the nickel tape can be used for the most important tandem steps.
After the series connection step of the lithium battery is completed, only the follow-up processing is left. Bundle the battery with tape, and cover the positive and negative poles with highland barley paper to avoid short circuit due to mistakes in subsequent operations.
The installation of the protection board also needs attention. It is necessary to determine the position of the protection board, sort out the cables of the protection board, and separate the places where the cables cross with tape to avoid the risk of short circuit. After the cable is combed, it needs to be trimmed, and finally the wire tin must be included. The solder wire must be used well.
